Some significant trophies & awards

I was tasked with repairing some 1955 Mille Miglia trophies. An event won by Sir Stirling Moss and his intrepid co-driver Denis Jenkinson.

Giant Welsh schoolboys rugby union shield. All shield remomed cleaned and polished and replaced.

Manx Grand Prix , motorcycle racing at it's best.

In 1952 Alberto Ascari won the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. This is the trophy that he won. I had to remove some dents.

Nobel medal. 24 ct gold. Restored.

Nobel medal bent and dented.

I had two Grammy awards arrive into my workshop. The 'horns' had broken off of the gramophones. A very weak part of the design and prone to breaking.

Once the 'horns' were soldered back on the awards were polished and re gold plated.

The Tulip Rally trophy. Broken, tarnished and very tired looking.
